In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "askpk1", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the askpk1 platform, its operators, and associated entities responsible for delivering the services described herein.
• "You", "Member", "Player", "User" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the askpk1 platform.
• "Platform" — refers to the askpk1 website accessible at askpk1.net, including all games, sports betting markets, account management tools, and associated services.
• "Account" — refers to the individual registered user account created by a Member on the askpk1 platform.
• "Balance" — refers to the total amount of real-money PKR funds held in a Member's Account, excluding any bonus funds not yet released from wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to promotional credits, free bet values, deposit match amounts, or any other non-cash incentive credited to an Account under a promotional offer.
• "PKR" — refers to Pakistani Rupees, the exclusive currency used for all Account transactions on the askpk1 platform.
• "Services" — refers collectively to all casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, fishing games, keno products, slot games, and any other gaming or wagering features made available through the Platform.
• "Terms" — refers to these Terms and Conditions in their current and any future amended form.

By accessing the askpk1 platform, creating an Account, or using any of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the askpk1 platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to askpk1 and use of its Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. askpk1 enforces a strict minimum age policy and will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to register or maintain an Account.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering the Account solely for your own personal use.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gaming or sports betting is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of askpk1, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have previously had an Account closed or suspended by askpk1 for breach of these Terms, fraud, or any other violation.
• You must be acting in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the askpk1 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed, with all balances forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number or email address. askpk1 relies on this information for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming purposes.

• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information. Any change of address, contact number, or payment method should be updated promptly through your Account settings or by contacting support.
• You must not share your Account login credentials with any other person. askpk1 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep credentials confidential.
• If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify askpk1 support immediately via live chat so that appropriate security measures can be applied.
• askpk1 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for the decision.

All financial transactions on the askpk1 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activities:

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Account.
• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. askpk1 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
• Deposits are generally credited to the Account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing delays attributable to third-party payment services are outside the control of askpk1.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the source where technically feasible, with any associated transaction fees deducted.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. askpk1 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawal processing to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets is typically completed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to one business day depending on interbank processing schedules.
• askpk1 reserves the right to apply a withdrawal processing review period of up to 48 hours where fraud prevention checks or identity verification procedures require additional time to complete.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all associated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied in accordance with the specific terms of each promotional offer.

askpk1 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific conditions stated at the point of opt-in:

• Bonus offers are made at the sole discretion of askpk1 and may be withdrawn, amended, or replaced at any time without prior notice to Members who have not yet opted in.
• Each promotional offer will specify a wagering requirement (turnover multiplier) that must be completed before any Bonus Funds or associated winnings become withdrawable as real-money PKR.
• Game contribution rates toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute at a higher rate than table games or sports betting. The specific contribution schedule for each offer is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses carry an expiry period measured from the date of credit. Any unmet wagering requirement or unclaimed bonus funds remaining after the expiry period will be removed from the Account without compensation.
• askpk1 reserves the right to reclaim any Bonus Funds, along with winnings generated therefrom, where it is determined that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or any other form of promotional exploitation.
• Seasonal promotions during Eid and Ramadan periods are subject to the same general bonus terms. askpk1 ensures all Ramadan-period campaigns are conducted in a culturally respectful and tasteful manner consistent with the significance of the religious occasion.
• No Member may hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. askpk1 will not credit a second welcome offer where an existing welcome bonus remains pending completion.

The following rules apply to all gaming and betting activity conducted through the askpk1 platform, including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, slot games, fishing games, and keno products:

• All casino games on the askpk1 platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are disclosed within the game information panel and are verified by the relevant software providers.
• A bet or wager is final once confirmed by the system. askpk1 will not reverse a confirmed wager on the grounds of player error unless a technical fault attributable to the platform is identified.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, software error, or hardware failure — askpk1 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the staked amount to the Member's Account balance. Winnings generated during a verifiably malfunctioning game session are not payable.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the final odds applicable to that wager. askpk1 reserves the right to suspend or restrict betting markets at any time in accordance with sporting body guidelines or integrity concerns.
• Live in-play cricket betting markets, including PSL and international series, are subject to the standard sports betting rules above. askpk1 accepts no liability for delays in live score feeds that may affect in-play odds accuracy.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be adjusted by askpk1 at any time.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the askpk1 platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or using false, borrowed, or stolen identity information.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to interact with the askpk1 platform without direct human input.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of coordinated play intended to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means, or using the askpk1 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes to generate profits that would not arise under normal platform operation. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.
• Systematically placing opposing bets across multiple accounts ("arbing") to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, in a manner that exploits promotional offers or market inefficiencies.
• Sharing, selling, or otherwise transferring your Account or Account credentials to any third party.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward askpk1 staff or other Members through any channel, including live chat and support communications.

All content available on the askpk1 platform — including but not limited to the askpk1 brand name, logo, game graphics, software interfaces, written content, promotional materials, and audiovisual elements — is the intellectual property of askpk1 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activity in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any askpk1 content without prior written permission.
• Use the askpk1 name, logo, or branding in any external publication, advertisement, or communication without explicit written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the askpk1 platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the askpk1 platform on another website or application.

Any unauthorised use of askpk1 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of the licence granted above, Account closure, and where applicable, civil or criminal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, askpk1 and its operators, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings resulting from gaming activity on the Platform.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of askpk1.
• Errors in live score feeds, odds data, or game result reporting attributable to third-party data providers.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. askpk1's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, storage, and use of personal data provided by Members during registration and through ongoing use of the Platform is governed by the askpk1 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

askpk1 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and personalised promotional communications. Data is not sold to third parties and is shared only with service providers operating under binding confidentiality obligations where necessary to deliver the Services.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting askpk1 support. Note that certain data may be retained for legal and regulatory compliance purposes even following Account closure.

askpk1 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. The following tools are available to all registered Members directly from the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control how much you fund your Account within a given period. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders — Configure alerts that notify you of elapsed session time at intervals of your choosing.
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily suspend your Account from gaming activity for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to deposit or wager, though withdrawal of existing Balance remains possible.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the askpk1 platform. Once a self-exclusion request is activated, it cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted through the Account settings panel or via the live chat support team.

askpk1 urges any Member who believes they may have a problem with gambling to make use of these tools without delay. Gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity, not a financial strategy or a means of recovering losses. askpk1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully alter the rights or obligations of Members — askpk1 will provide reasonable advance notice through at least one of the following channels: a notice displayed upon login, an in-platform notification, or a communication sent to the registered contact address on the Account.

For minor or administrative amendments that do not materially affect Member rights, changes will take effect upon publication to the askpk1 platform without individual notification. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to ensure continued awareness of the current provisions.

If you disagree with any amendment to the Terms, you must cease using the Platform and notify askpk1 support in writing of your intention to close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them, or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a Member and askpk1, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Resolution: Contact the askpk1 customer support team via live chat with a full written description of your complaint. askpk1 aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through live chat, submit a formal written complaint to the askpk1 support email address. A senior review will be conducted within 10 business days.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If the dispute remains unresolved after completion of the formal complaint process, you may escalate the matter through any dispute resolution mechanism available under applicable law in your jurisdiction.

askpk1 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or lawful for use in all jurisdictions. Members accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
